Warranty Information

Due to changes in the Australian Consumer Law, new warranties apply to all of our products sold after 01/01/2012.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Harmonicas: Please note that Hohner harmonicas have a limited warranty. Please use a suitable Harmonica testing device before sale of any Hohner Harmonica. Harmonica reeds are very fragile and may be damaged once the instrument leaves the shop, even by experienced players.

Reeds: No warranty exists for woodwind reeds after purchase by your customers. Reeds are examined and tested at the factory – visual inspection by your staff and the customer prior to sale is strongly recommended. Reeds are made from cane which cannot be guaranteed to be free of naturally occurring defects or problems caused by weather during the growing and curing processes.

If in doubt, please discuss the problem with our staff. Some items have finishes or consumable parts that are not covered by warranty. We can inform you of such instances.
